Beyond the Studio

A native of Chicago, my family and I moved to the Twin Cities in 2012. I have boy/girl twins and enjoy hanging out with my family, riding bikes, camping, exploring Minnesota, trying new workouts and exercises, and nerding out in all areas of pelvic health. I enjoy connecting with like-minded people on pelvic health social media groups and manage a local FaceBook group for pelvic health providers.
