Reading articles, watching videos, or contacting us through the Site does not establish a patient-provider relationship.

Care and outcomes
Pelvic-health recovery is individual. Information on the Site describes what is generally true based on current clinical knowledge and our experience treating patients. It does not predict what will happen for you. Outcomes from any treatment depend on the specifics of your condition, history, and goals, and can only be evaluated in clinical care.
Appointments and scheduling
Submitting the contact form, requesting an appointment, or sending us an email is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will follow up to confirm details. Scheduling, cancellation, and payment policies are provided when an appointment is scheduled and at your first visit.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, layout, branding, and code) is owned by or licensed to Bethany Hansen, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not republish, modify, resell, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party links and embeds
The Site may link to or embed content from third parties (for example, Google Reviews, professional organizations, or research sources). Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bethany Hansen, LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence in the provision of clinical care, which is governed by separate clinical agreements and applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bethany Hansen, LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
