Please do not include sensitive medical details in web forms or unencrypted email. Web forms and standard email are not secure channels. If you need to share clinical information, we will provide a secure intake process at your visit.

  • Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from any marketing or newsletter email using the link in the message.
  • Clinical records. Requests about clinical records (PHI) are handled under the separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not under this policy. Please ask at your visit.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through the Site. No internet transmission is ever completely secure, however, so we ask that you do not send sensitive medical details through the contact form or unencrypted email.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the page for a reasonable period.
